Regina Police have charged 45-year-old Jason Daniel McKay with second degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Jenny Leigh McKay.
On Wednesday, September 6 at around 3:30 a.m., police were sent to the 200 block of Angus Street to check on the well-being of a person. Once police arrived, they found Jenny McKay dead at the residence.

Jason McKay was also in the residence when officers arrived. After further investigation, the case was deemed a homicide.
McKay made his first appearance in provincial court on Thursday morning.
