Nine people have been arrested and charged following a drug search of a home in Peterborough.
On Wednesday, Peterborough Police ICAD (Intelligence, Crime Analysis, Asset Forfeiture and Drug Unit) with the assistance of the Emergency Response Team executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act (CDSA) search warrant at a Park Street North residence.
Police seized 151 grams of cocaine (5.3 oz); 43 grams of marijuana; 61 Oxycodone tablets/pills and more than $10,000 in Canadian currency
Police say when they entered the home, they noticed bags of cocaine being tossed out of a window in the residence. During the investigation, officers seized 73 grams of cocaine from the front lawn and roof area.
Arrested and charged are:
- Justin Ronald Boyer, 27, of Peterborough: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking; possession of Oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana); proceeds of crime over $5,000 and two counts of breach of probation;
- Jonathan Nathaniel Greaves, 25, of Ajax: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana);
- Cory John Bulger, 38, of Park Street North, Peterborough: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and proceeds of crime under $5,000;
- Jessica Lynn Needham, 30, of Rubidge Street, Peterborough: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana);
- Adam Felix Henry, 22 of Ajax: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking; possession of a controlled substance (marijuana); proceeds of crime under $5,000 and two counts of breach of recognizance;
- Robert William Hall, 27, of Mount Pleasant: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking; possession of a controlled Substance (marijuana) and two counts of breach of probation.
- Alannah Louise Ardila, 27, of King Street, Peterborough. Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking; possession of a controlled Substance (marijuana)
- Adam LaVallee, 31, of Park Street North, Peterborough: Charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking

All were held in custody for a bail hearing later today (Sept. 7).
A 17-year-old Peterborough male was also arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of marijuana. He was released on a promise to appear with a court date of October 2. Under the Youth Criminal Justice Ac the name of a young person cannot be released.
