Port Hope police charged a 39-year-old Peterborough man after a wall along the Ganaraska River was vandalized.

Police shared a photo of the graffiti online Tuesday, and investigators say a man turned himself in a day later.
Jeremy Bertrand is charged with mischief, and appears in court in October.
