Homicide unit investigating fatal shooting of 33-year-old Brampton man

Investigators from the Homicide Bureau are looking into the death of 33-year-old Sean Grant of Brampton.

Late Thursday night, Peel Regional Police responded to a sound of gunshots call around 10:30 p.m. near Desert Sand Drive and Rattlesnake Road.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a victim suffering from obvious signs of trauma. He was transported by ambulance to hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.

Police are searching for a suspect vehicle reported to be a dark-coloured 4 door sedan with tinted windows.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
