RCMP have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a threat against a high school in Perth-Andover, N.B.

There are no details of the threat but RCMP had placed Southern Victoria High School under a “hold and secure” order, meaning no one was allowed in or out of the school. The order was lifted around 1 p.m.
