Regina police have arrested six people after a standoff in North Central early Friday morning.
Late Thursday night an injured male was taken to hospital after it was determined he was forcibly confined and assaulted which triggered an investigation by police which led them to a house in the 700 block of Elphinstone Street.

Police responded to the area at around 2 a.m. and at 5 a.m. Police blocked traffic in the neighbourhood and alerted residence to stay in there home, along with SWAT and the Explosives Disposal Unit.
Police arrested six people in the house just before 8 a.m.
No charges have been laid at this time.
