A Kelowna psychologist said she’s seeing an increase in anxiety in some of her clients since Trump came to power.

“When Donald Trump got elected, I got anxiety,” admits Dr. Heather McEachern.

“It doesn’t have to be at home to feel at home,” said McEachern about Trump anxiety issues.

“Anxiety is fed by unpredictability.”

McEachern said thinking more positively could help, as could tuning out Trump news.
