The Greater Toronto Area is under a fog advisory Wednesday morning.
Environment Canada said some regions may experience near zero visibility, but conditions are expected to improve by early afternoon.
“There might be a few fog patches in certain areas persisting in the afternoon but it shouldn’t be as dense as this morning,” Environment Canada meteorologist Mark Schuster said.
Schuster said the warm temperatures this week doesn’t mean spring-like weather is here to stay.
“We’re still in February. Sometimes you can get winter storms into March and April,” he said.
Drivers are being warned to slow down as the reduced visibility can be hazardous.
