Rutland apartment fire investigated by Kelowna RCMP

Kelowna Mounties are investigating a suspicious fire at a Rutland apartment.

Fire crews were called to an apartment complex on Prior Road just after 9 p.m. Everyone inside the apartment escaped safely.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the small blaze relatively quickly, but one of the units sustained some damage.

Fire crews passed the investigation over to police.
