Hamilton pedestrian dies in hospital days after struck by vehicle

HAMILTON – Hamilton police say a pedestrian struck by a vehicle last week has died in hospital.

Police say the 54-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was hit just before 10:30 p.m. Friday (on Binbrook Road).

They say he died Sunday morning – the city’s 20th traffic fatality of the year.

They’re asking anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward.
