Regina records warmest November in 123 years

Last month was the warmest November in the last 123 years in Regina, with temperatures recording seven degrees above the seasonal average. Moose Jaw, Estevan, Yorkton and Lloydminster also ranked the warmest November on record.

Precipitation amounts, however, were half of the normal average. This comes after the third wettest October ever recorded in Regina, with 43 millimetres more moisture than average.

Unfortunately, temperatures are expected to take a plunge as we move into the second week of December, with wind chill values nearing -30 C.
