63-year-old woman assaulted, SUV stolen: Toronto police

Toronto police are asking’s for the public assistance after a 63-year-old woman was allegedly assaulted by two people who then took her SUV.

Police said the woman was attending a home near Keele Street and Beechborough Avenue, north of Eglinton Avenue West, on Nov. 16 at around 7:15 p.m. when she was approached from behind by two people while exiting her vehicle.

Officers said the two suspects punched her in the face and kicked her, which caused her to fall and lose consciousness, and then took off in the SUV toward Tretheway Drive.

Police haven’t released descriptions of the suspects. They described the SUV as a black 2008 Lexus RX350 with the Ontario licence plate BNFH 022.
