Mohamed Fahmy dropped by Global News Morning to talk about his new book, his ordeal in Egypt and how he is working to ensure journalists around the world can ply their trade without fear of ending up in a jail cell.

Fahmy was arrested in 2013 with two Al-Jazeera English colleagues.
