Norman Brown, the self-described Toy Doctor visited children at Montreal Shriners Hospital Tuesday.
He arrived at the hospital around 10 a.m. with his arms full of gifts for children who may be too sick to leave the hospital for the upcoming holiday season.

“Peace and love to all,” he said.
“That’s what the world needs now — and a helping hand to the little ones.”
Brown’s only wish: to put a smile on the children’s faces.
