Regina records third wettest October in 130 years

Last month was the third wettest October in the past 130 years in Regina, with 43 millimetres more precipitation than average. The neighbouring city of Moose Jaw recorded the wettest October in 115 years.

Although precipitation was well above normal, temperatures in the Queen City were right on par with average.
