Salma Hayek opened up about Donald Trump during a Spanish-language interview on El Show del Mandril on Radio Centro 93.9 in Los Angeles on Oct.21.
The 50-year-old actress spoke about a negative personal experience she once had with the GOP nominee.
The Frida star claimed that when she first encountered Trump early on in her career in the ’90s, the now 70-year-old business man relentlessly tried to pursue her, despite rejecting his advances.

“When I met that man, I had a boyfriend, and he tried to become his friend to get my home telephone number,” she revealed, as reported by Buzzfeed. “He got my number and he would call me to invite me out.”
She also alleged that when she ultimately refused his invitation for a date, Trump, or someone close to him, called the tabloids to try to tarnish her reputation.

This isn’t the first time Hayek has voiced her opinion about Trump. She previously called him out on Twitter after he confused 9/11 and 7-Eleven during a campaign speech in April.
In July 2015, the Oscar nominee spoke to E News about Trump’s controversial stance on immigration.
“I’m aware that he would say anything to attract attention and create the publicity around him,” she said. “If something generates publicity, I would never be surprised about anything he does.”
In early October, Hayek starred in a Spanish-language PSA on behalf of Hillary Clinton urging Latino voters to cast their vote for her on Nov. 8.
Hayek is only one of a large number of Hollywood women who have stepped forward to share their disapproval of the Republican presidential candidate.
Trump has not publicly commented on Hayek’s remarks.
