$25,000 bottle of whiskey to be sold at Manitoba Liquor Mart

WINNIPEG — If you have an extra $25,000 to spend on a bottle of scotch, you’re in luck.

Next month, the Grant Park Liquor Mart is stocking its shelf with a bottle of Glenlivet’s Winchester Collection Vintage 1966 scotch. It has a price tag of $25,000.

It’s the second vintage release from the Winchester Collection Series of rare 50-year-old whiskeys.

The company is  releasing 100 bottles of the rare single malt. There’s only one available in Canada – and that is in Winnipeg

The bottle will be for sale at the Grant Park Liquor Mart at 1120 Grant Ave., on Nov. 8.
