Man who escaped custody in northern Sask. considered dangerous

UPDATE: Man who escaped custody in northern Sask. captured by police

RCMP are asking for help locating a man who escaped lawful custody on Wednesday in northern Saskatchewan.

Michael Joseph Montgrand, 26, is considered dangerous and the public is cautioned not to approach him.

Police said he escaped at around 11 a.m. CT while appearing in Turnor Lake provincial court.

The escapee is described as aboriginal, around five-foot 10 and weighs approximately 200 to 220 pounds. Montgrand was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey pants and black shoes.
