Prince William and Kate left their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, in Victoria and started their trip to Vancouver on a float plane Sunday morning on Day 2 of their Royal Visit to Canada .

The couple arrived at Vancouver Harbour, travelled to Jack Poole Plaza and the Olympic Cauldron, then visited local organizations that focus on social issues.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge headed to Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside to meet members of Sheway , a charity that has helped vulnerable mothers who are battling addiction. Next stop was the Immigrant Services Society of British Columbia , which supports more than 25,000 migrants to Canada each year. The final stop was the Kitsilano Coast Guard Station in Vanier Park, where they met with first responders, including police and fire services.
