Halifax Regional Police are looking to identify a potential witness to the homicide of Rickey Walker.
Walker was found behind John McNeil Elementary School on Sept. 1 after calling police, reporting he had been shot.

He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His death was later ruled a homicide by the Medical Examiner.
Officers believe the man in photos they’ve released was in the area the time the shooting happened, and are hoping to speak with him.
