Thieves made off with an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in a bold robbery from a St. Louis, Sask., Credit Union.
At around 5:10 a.m. CT on Sunday, several witnesses told police that people hooked the ATM to the back of a white Dodge Ram truck, dragged it out of the bank and down the street.

After failing to load the ATM into the back of the truck, they dragged it out of town. They were joined by another pickup truck and both headed east on Highway 25.
At 2 p.m. CT on Aug. 28, Prince Albert RCMP recovered the ATM in the bush not far from the town of Hagen. An undisclosed amount of money was stolen.
The white pickup truck was found at a separate location near Hagen. It was reported stolen out of the Hoey area.
Prince Albert’s forensic identification section is examining the ATM, the scene of the theft and the stolen vehicle.

Police have also said that a stolen Ford F-150 from the Blaine Lake area is being recovered from a swampy area near Bellevue, Sask. The truck may be linked to the theft in St. Louis, according to officials.
