Man injured in Saskatoon home invasion

A man was injured during a home invasion in Saskatoon’s Caswell Hill neighbourhood.

At around 8:30 p.m. CT on Friday, officers were called to a basement suite in the 100-block of 32nd Street West.

A 19-year-old resident reported that two men wearing face masks entered the unlocked suite and demanded cash.  He told police they assaulted him and then searched his home before fleeing.

Paramedics treated the victim at the scene for a minor injury to his foot.
