WINNIPEG — Police are investigating a suspicious death near Central Park Friday morning.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Cumberland Avenue.

Police said they received a call about a person in distress.
When crews arrived, a person was found in critical condition and was rushed to hospital. The person was later pronounced dead.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
