Nearly 43,000 tickets are now up for grabs for the Hospitals of Regina Foundation Home Lottery

The annual lottery kicked off Wednesday featuring a $1.1 million grand prize show home in Regina’s east end neightbourhood, the creeks.

The foundation said more than 1,500  prizes will be awarded this year, including a first ever early bird prize cottage at Katepwa Lake.

According to the foundation’s CEO, Dino Sophocleous, just over $3 million is raised every year.

“Simply put, technology cost money. So, without it our ability to support the hospitals and our ability to either introduce new technology and equipment or replace existing technologies that are becoming to their end of life will be severely compromised,” he said.

Tickets can be purchased for $100 each at www.hrfHomeLotter.com where there are various value packs also available.
