A man taken to hospital with a gunshot wound Tuesday night is in stable condition, Edmonton police said Wednesday morning.
The central Edmonton shooting happened at around 9 p.m. in the Alberta Avenue neighbourhood.

Officers responded to a gunshot complaint and found the injured man in the area of 111 Avenue, between 94 and 95 Streets.
The man was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Police, including the canine unit, remained on scene late Tuesday night to investigate. As of Wednesday morning no arrests had been made.
