Toronto police have charged a man they allege sexually assaulted another man he met through the gay dating app Grindr.

Police say the accused met the 24-year-old man through Grindr last fall.

It’s alleged that in two incidents this April the man was administered a noxious substance and sexually assaulted along with an unspecified number of other men the accused invited into his home.

Police said 32-year-old Asdrubal David Gonzalez Requena was arrested on Saturday.

He’s charged with publishing an intimate image without consent, uttering threats, and intimidation, as well as two counts each of sexual assault and overcome resistance by administering drug and three counts of assault.

Police are concerned there may be other alleged victims and have released a photo of Requena.
