A passerby called 911 early Saturday morning after noticing smoke and flames coming from a home in the area of 112 Ave and 95 St.
When firefighters arrived on scene they quickly got the fire under control.

Fire Officials say the blaze likely started in one of the bedrooms on the main floor.
Damage is estimated at $280,000.
The home has been fenced off as a precaution.
