Suspicious man enters women’s hospital rooms

Police say he’s a person of interest based on his suspicious behaviour.

Kelowna RCMP want to talk to a man who had entered two separate hospital rooms at Kelowna General early Monday morning. Each room was occupied by female patients.

Police say that when the man was confronted by the women in the rooms, he acted confused and left.

RCMP say the man gave hospital security a false name, after indicating that was not a patient and that he was lost.

Police have released an image of the man, hoping someone might be able to identify him.

The person of interest is described as:

Caucasian male;
5 ft 6 inches tall;
Approx 150 lbs
Slender build;
Brown hair, with a shaved head;
Facial stubble;
Wearing a navy blue t-shirt with a red logo and blue jeans;
