Canada Post urges Fort McMurray residents to pick up mail

Mail is piling up in Fort McMurray, and Canada Post is urging residents who were affected by the wildfire to pick it up.

Mail and parcels that accumulated during the wildfire will be made available to residents starting Monday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 9702 Hardin Street.

Residents must bring government identification and must pick up the mail by Friday, July 29. After that, all unclaimed mail will be returned to the sender.
