“No matter how controversial, no matter how provocative, you can’t really scare us, you can’t really say anything that would offend us,” said organizer James Sinclair, who encouraged the public to ask questions to members of the campaign about the religion.

The campaign is being run by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Canada.

Fully launched in St. John’s a few days ago, the plan is to stop in more than 25 Canadian municipalities within the next few weeks. The final stop is Victoria, B.C.

One of the main messages being stressed is that Islam is about “Love for All, Hatred for None”.

“We live amongst you, we’re part of you, and we’re just like you. There’s no difference, and all we want is peace, love, and respect in this world. That’s it,” Ghaffar said.

The exhibition departs Halifax Tuesday morning.
