Police say three people are now facing charges in connection to a pizza delivery driver who was robbed in Saskatoon this past weekend.
At around 12:30 a.m. CT on July 17, the 30-year-old employee was working in the 1800-block of Grosvenor Avenue when the driver was accosted by a woman and a masked man.

According to police, one of them was armed with what appeared to be a firearm. The other person threatened to tie the employee up.
A struggle ensued but the driver was able to escape uninjured.
Both the delivery person’s cell phone and 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt were stolen.
Lumsden RCMP took the trio into custody after the stolen car became disabled while evading police and stopped at a farm.

A 25-year-old man is facing a number of charges including armed robbery and discharging a firearm with intent. Two women, ages 20 and 25, face charges of party to the offence.
The accused were scheduled to appear in Saskatoon provincial court on Monday.
