The suspect, 19-year-old Kemonte Gilmore, turned himself in Friday afternoon. He faces a charge of public intimidation. He was jailed on $500,000 bond. It was not immediately clear if he has a lawyer who could speak on his behalf.

Griffith wouldn’t disclose where the video was posted. He said the video showed Gilmore in possession of a handgun that has not been recovered.
