46-year-old man charged following series of thefts in Regina

After an investigation into recent break and enters around the city, Regina police say a 46-year-old man is facing 12 charges.

Police say the suspect was arrested on July 5 after 3 p.m. following thefts of licence plates and vehicles, shoplifting from stores, and break and enters at businesses between May 25 and July 5.

The location of the alleged break and enters and thefts include the 1100-block of Victoria Avenue, the 100-block McDonald Street North, the 2000-block of Prince of Wales Drive and the 3900-block of East Quance Street.

Ronald Joseph Sauer, of Regina, is facing 12 charges including break and enter, theft and possession of stolen property.

He first appeared in Provincial Court on Wednesday afternoon.
