A boy is in hospital after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bike in Saskatoon’s River Heights neighbourhood on Tuesday afternoon.

The crash occurred at around 4:10 p.m. CT near the intersection of Pembina Avenue and Spadina Crescent.

Investigators said a vehicle heading southbound on Spadina struck the bicyclist as he was crossing the road.

The four-year-old boy was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. There is no word on his current condition.

Police continue to investigate.
