Rocky View schools crowded; strains reported in Airdrie, Chestermere

As Calgary prepares to open nine new schools next fall,
increasingly cramped classrooms in Airdrie and Chestermere have the
Rocky View school division calling on the province to start
addressing space constraints outside Calgary and Edmonton city
limits.
