WINNIPEG — If you’re looking for some summer salad recipes, Shel Zolkewich can help. In this feature she’s featuring canola oil for salad dressings. Canola oil is locally produced and has very little taste so salad dressings borrow from the other ingredients. As we get into berry season, it’s a great base for a light salad dressing.
