Usually police helicopter crew members are just watching suspects try to escape custody but during a police chase in Texas, one of the crew members got out of the helicopter, ran toward the suspect and tackled him to the ground.
According to Click2Houston, police were alerted to a home burglary and when they arrived at the scene, two suspects took off in their car.
The pair eventually abandoned their vehicle and ran on foot.
One of the suspects was trying to escape through an open field.
In the video, the police helicopter is low to the ground chasing the suspect when a police SUV slams into him.
He gets up and continues to run away until a crew member from the police chopper comes into frame and makes a bee-line for the suspect.
The helicopter crew member leaps into the air and tackles the suspect straight to the ground.
They have a brief struggle until three other police officers come to assist and successfully restrain the suspect.
The second suspect was also arrested.
