WINNIPEG — The Winnipeg Police Service is closing the doors to its old headquarters Wednesday.
The service completed the move into its new home at 266 Graham Avenue. The building is slated to be demolished, along with the attached Civic Centre Parkade. The parkade abruptly shut down over safety concerns in 2012.
