Surrey Trail is considered to be one of the few in Canada to offer this unique bike trail.
“We aim at encouraging physical activity among all age groups, especially through fun and exciting projects such as this one,” said Dorval Mayor Edgar Rouleau.
The trail will be open to anyone over 8 years old from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m year-round. Users must wear protective equipment.
It is located behind the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre.
The budget for Surrey Trail was $35,000 and construction began last fall.
