On Saturday, police said Roberto Robles, 73, is facing charges of second-degree murder and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon.

The victim was identified as Armando Cosmea-Aspillaga, 38. Police said Cosmea-Aspillaga is Robles’ son-in-law.

An autopsy determined Cosmea-Aspillaga “sustained stab wounds during a life-ending assault.” However, police said the medical examiner needs to conduct “further analysis” before formally confirming the cause of death.
