Out-of-control taxi sends travellers running at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport

Travellers at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport were sent running Monday as an out-of-control taxi rammed into the entrance of a terminal.

Video of the incident shows people waiting at a taxi stand when a cab jumped a curb and smashed through several signs before crashing into a set of glass doors leading to Terminal 3.

As least six bystanders were able to escape the oncoming vehicle and the flying debris. No injuries were reported.

Police said the driver is expected to be cited in the crash.
