Toronto police are thanking the public for identifying a suspect they allege took photos of women while they used a public bathroom.
It’s alleged the man went into a downtown business near Shaw and Queen streets the afternoon of May 17 and stuck his cell phone underneath the stalls to take the images.
Police announced Sunday that they’ve now identified the man thanks to a public tip, and are seeking his arrest.
Lyle Waite, 25, is wanted on two counts of voyeurism and one count each of escaping lawful custody and failing to comply with probation.
Investigators earlier released a surveillance image of the suspect. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
