WINNIPEG – Kildonan Place was buzzing for this year’s annual Cops for Cancer Head Shave.
The annual event took place at the shopping centre on Saturday afternoon.
Winnipeg Police Service officers and staff members, retired members, spouses, children and guests were among the people getting their heads shaved.
Over the last ten years, more than $400,000 has been raised at the event.
Proceeds go to the Manitoba Division of the Canadian Cancer Society, meaning all the money raised goes towards fighting cancer within Manitoba.
