Shots fired in Surrey; RCMP say it’s a targeted incident

Police in Surrey are investigating a shooting that happened outside a home this morning.

It happened in the 8300 block of 135A street at approximately 11:30 a.m., in an area where people had been gathering.

No injures were reported, but a black pickup truck was seen driving quickly away from the area. The truck was later found unoccupied by police.

A person was also seen fleeing the scene, but has not been found by police. He is described as a white male, with a tall and slim build, wearing jeans and a white t-shirt.

There are no injuries, and Surrey RCMP
