Toronto man, 76, arrested and charged after exposing himself in public: police

A 76-year-old Toronto man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself in public on two separate occasions.

The first incident occurred around 5 p.m. on April 17, 2015 at a restaurant located in the area of St. Clair Avenue West and Dufferin Street.

Police say the man held up a newspaper covering his face and walked in and out of the eatery exposing his genitals.

The accused was then reported committing the same act outside of a storefront on Jan. 29 around 4 p.m. in the area of Queen Street West and Augusta Avenue.

Police say the man watched female employees through the glass window and exposed his genitals.

Ronald David Heath was arrested on May 14 and charged with two counts of indecent act, three counts of fail to comply probation and fail to comply recognizance.

Police believe there may be more victims and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
