Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne could be breaking up after nearly 34 years of marriage.

According to E! News, the couple mutually agreed that Ozzy would move out of the house temporarily.

The Black Sabbath frontman married Sharon Osbourne in 1982, and they have three children together.

“At this time, Ozzy is not in the marital home,” a spokesperson for the couple confirmed to Rolling Stone.

E! News also reported that “the split has nothing to do with Ozzy’s sobriety.” They suggest that he has been sober for over three years.

Sharon, 63, temporarily left Ozzy, 67, in 2013 after her husband relapsed into drug and alcohol abuse.

“Everything that has been printed in the tabloids has been distorted, there’s always a little seed of truth to everything that gets reported, but then it gets very distorted.”

Ozzy Osbourne posted a note to Facebook during the time of the divorce rumours to deny splitting up with Sharon.

In the post, Osbourne shared:

“For the last year and a half I have been drinking and taking drugs. I was in a very dark place and was an asshole to the people I love most, my family. However, I am happy to say that I am now 44 days sober. Just to set the record straight, Sharon and I are not divorcing. I am just trying to be a better person.”

The famous rock couple met in 70’s when Sharon’s dad, Don Arden, was managing Black Sabbath. Sharon went on to become Ozzy’s manager when he became a solo artist.

The family, minus eldest daughter Amy, opened up their family home to MTV from 2002 to 2005 for their hit reality series, The Osbournes.
