Woman, 22, sexually assaulted during job interview in Yorkville: police

Police have arrested a 37-year-old man after a woman was sexually assaulted during a job interview in Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood earlier this month.

Toronto police said a 22-year-old woman posted her resume on an online job search website and received a response from a website called 360 Entertainment.

On April 7, the woman met with an unidentified man for a job interview related to a public relations position in the Avenue Road and Davenport Road area, where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.

Police have not named the man arrested, but describe him as having a brown complexion, aged 37, standing about 5’10” with short dark hair and a beard.

Investigators said they are concerned there may be other alleged victims.
