A man is dead and three others injured in a shooting at a townhouse in Mississauga.

Peel Regional Police said the 30-year-old man died in hospital after shots rang out around 5:30 a.m. Saturday near Goreway and Morning Star drives in the neighbourhood of Malton.

Police said three other males were rushed to hospital in stable condition.

Neighbours say the home has been the scene of rowdy parties before.

Const. Rachel Gibbs said police have previously received calls about “after-hours activity” at the property.

Officers are investigating and there’s no word yet on any suspects.
