Demolition crews have been working through the night to clear debris left by a scaffolding collapse earlier this week.
The work overnight has resulted in the reopening of the traffic lanes on Eglinton Avenue.

The roadway had been closed to traffic since Monday afternoon after scaffolding crashed onto the sidewalk, injuring seven people including a baby.

The incident happened at a construction site for a future LRT station.
The collapse also damaged a neighbouring business that was slated to be part of the transit station.
The Ministry of Labour has completed their on-site investigation but is still working to find out what caused the collapse.
