A 54-year-old woman is dead and three others are in hospital after a collision involving four vehicles in the eastern-bound lanes of the Queen Elizabeth Way in Oakville, Ontario on Sunday evening.
Debris on the highway started the crash, which all four vehicles struck.
Police say all Toronto-bound lanes of the QEW were closed at Ford Drive because of the crash but reopened to traffic just after 3 a.m.
